We invite to our friendly team an HR manager / Recruiter who is ready to become an important link in the development of our companies.

Responsibilities:

• The full cycle of recruitment using modern tools and channels. — from analysis of needs to adaptation of new employees.

• Organization of adaptation of newcomers: onboarding, checklists, control of the trial period.

• Support of HR documents and rules: job instructions, policies, regulations, templates.

• Consulting employees and managers on HR issues, help in resolving conflicts.

• Organization of training and development: collection of needs, coordination of training, evaluation of results.
• Organization and support of corporate culture, participation in the development of internal HR processes.

How we see the ideal candidate

• Experience in the field of HR and/or recruiting — from 2 years.
• Practical skills of conducting interviews and recruiting personnel of various levels.
• Knowledge of personnel administration and requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Responsibility, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
• Higher education.
• Interest in the development of HR in a company with a socially important mission.
