HR manager, recruiter for the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection for construction: laborers, engineers, foremen, craftsmen, technical and office specialists.
• Active search and selection of strong candidates, including passive ones.
• Daily search for personnel through various channels, creating a personnel reserve. Conducting telephone, online and personal interviews.
• Evaluation of candidates' professional competencies.
• Close communication with heads of construction facilities and departments.
• Support of new employees: adaptation, exit control.
• Maintenance of internal reporting on search and recruitment
• Active participation in all HR projects and corporate life companies:training, development, assessment, certification, corporate holidays, congratulations and more...

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter/HR (preferably in construction, technical or production areas).
• Confident command of modern recruiting tools
• Ability to manage 5 or more vacancies at the same time and meet deadlines.
• High level of communication, stress resistance, organization and responsibility.
• Love for people,ability to build trusting relationships.
• Empathy, delicacy in working with different types of candidates.
• Desire to grow and develop in the field of HR and together with the company.

• Office format only
• 5-day work week, Mon-Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00, work location: Kyiv near the metro
