Driver Recruiter (US Market) in Kovpak P.I., FLP

We are a company that provides professional recruitment services for logistics businesses. We are currently looking for an active and communicative Driver Recruiter (Driver Recruiter) in the American market with a high level of English!

Your main mission is to work with incoming requests from our client companies and find them the ideal drivers. You will be the link that creates a perfect "match" between the requirements of a specific business and the candidate's expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English language (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) - mandatory, all communication with candidates and companies is conducted in English.
• Understanding the principles of lead generation and the ability to work with social networks.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to find a common language with different people and work with objections.
• Flexibility: the ability to keep in mind different requirements from different client companies and quickly switch between them.
• Attention to details (especially at the stage of document and experience verification).
• Experience in recruiting, sales (B2B/B2C) or logistics is a must!

Duties:

• Working with client requests: profile analysis of the ideal candidate based on the requirements of various employer companies, with with which we cooperate.
• Generation of leads (candidates): creation and placement of attractive ads on social networks to search for drivers.
• Communication and screening: active communication with candidates (verbally and in writing in English), checking their previous work experience, qualifications and documents.
• Exact matching: selection of drivers who perfectly fit the criteria of a specific client and presenting them with suitable working conditions.
