HR manager / recruiter in Empat

VACANCY: HR MANAGER / RECRUITER for the OKWINE chain of wine shops

OKWINE is one of the largest chains of wine shops in Ukraine, which is developing and strengthening its team. We are looking for an HR manager with recruiter functions who will be a key pillar in the formation of a strong HR direction and help us scale the team quickly, efficiently and with pleasure.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Recruiting

 • Full recruitment cycle: from creating a job profile to onboarding.

 • Closing office positions and stores. 

 • Constant hunting of candidates to close key vacancies. 

 • Conducting telephone interviews, personal interviews. 

 • Conducting analytics and optimizing processes. 

2. HR management

• Onboarding and adaptation of new employees, counseling and support of employees at various stages of work. 

• Support of HR processes in stores (communication with managers, help in solving personnel issues). 

• Participation in the creation and implementation of HR policies. 

• Ability to close various types of vacancies quickly and efficiently.

• Systematic, responsible, communicative.
