Our requirements for the candidate :

Experience in the administration of POS systems (preferably Poster) and delivery services.
Skills in working with Excel/Google Sheets for keeping records of payments.
Ability to quickly navigate the web interfaces of services.
Communication, ability to solve technical issues independently with support.
Basic understanding of API or integrations is desirable (will be a plus).
Responsibility and attentiveness before payment and renewal deadlines.

Your tasks:

1. Order and delivery services (all "turnkey" processes):
Administration of menus, delivery settings, "takeaway" formats in Choice. Independent detection and elimination of synchronization problems between Choice and Poster. Communication with technical support of Choice and Poster in case of failures.
2. Monitoring and updating information on delivery platforms:
Glovo, Bolt, Uklon, Mister. Am, Loko — control of prices, assortment, availability, coordination with the menu of establishments. Resolution of incidents regarding the operation of services, communication with platform support.
3. Loyalty system:
Full Loyalist administration: configuration of bonus programs, cards, user support. Monitoring of SMS mailings via TurboSMS (authorization codes, promotional messages, mailings).
4. Financial control:
Tracking of invoices and payments for all the above services.
Timely payment of basic subscriptions, as well as additional Poster modules (Expirenza, Poster Connect, Stop-list, Glovo API, etc.).
Formation of reports on expenses for services.
