Main tasks for our HR Manager:< /strong>

• Support of the full cycle of the recruitment process.
• Talent search, selection and evaluation of candidates for various divisions of the company.
• Working with Job-sites, social. networks and other sources of personnel search.
• Conducting interviews and drawing up the corresponding report.
• Adaptation of new employees.

Our candidate:

< li>has successful similar experience of one year or more;
• with a higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology or economics);
• has modern methods and tools of recruiting;
• with a high level of communication skills and able to work in a team;
• targeted, proactive, positive, stress-resistant.
