We announce a competition for the position of Deputy general director of crop production
Area of responsibility:
Excellent knowledge and understanding of business processes of agricultural production; the ability to build effective work at all stages of production; knowledge of modern technologies for growing agricultural crops.
- Management of the agronomic division (several agricultural enterprises);
- Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of existing production processes in crop production (incl. search for reserves to increase the profitability of the direction and reduce the cost of production);
- Development and approval of the development strategy/proposals for improving crop production for the company as a whole;
- Business planning, department budget management, control according to the implementation of the budget;
- Planning of crop rotations, preservation of soil fertility;
- Development and approval of technological maps for agricultural enterprises, for each agricultural crop. Determination of the terms and order of technological operations.
- Development of calculations to ensure the need for seeds, fertilizers, PPE; control of the use of TMC.
- understanding of the principles of plant business automation using Wialon, Cropio, Agro Kontrol, Excel, etc. systems;
