Requirements:

• Minimum work experience in the field of HRor willingness to learn new things
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish languages ​​at a native level (knowledge of English will be an advantage)
• The ability to find a common language with people
• Focus on results, empathy, flexibility
• Accommodation in the city of Novy Sonch (or on the outskirts of the city)
• Willingness to move to Novy Sonch, if the current place of residence is in another settlement

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates

• Conducting interviews

• Employee support when going to work (both in the office and remotely)

• Supporting colleagues, creating and maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the team

• Participation in the organization of corporate bodies
