ENKO is a Ukrainian multi-genre music label whose goal is to create new Ukrainian music and promote it around the world. The fastest-growing label on the Ukrainian market reinforced its success with the victory of Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision and is the main Ukrainian partner of major labels Sony Music Group and Universal Music Group strong>.

We currently have an open vacancy for Sales Manager in the ENKO commercial department.

What will you do :

• Lead generation;
• Search and attraction of potential partners in Ukraine;
• Organization of effective cooperation with brands;
< li>Negotiations regarding potential collaborations with ENKO;
• Processing incoming requests on cooperation pages;
• Preparation of ideas for advertising;
• Preparation of commercial offers;
• li>
• Reporting and preparation of estimates.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales;
• Experience of working with various channels of customer attraction;
• Experience of negotiations;
• Experience in cold sales and lead generation;
• Experience communication/cooperation with influencers will be a plus;
• Effective communication skills;
• Orientation on results in work;
• Flexibility and a proactive approach in completing tasks.
