HR manager, personnel management in Kochut

We are looking for a candidate with work experience in the HR field of 1 year or more, who could responsibly perform the following tasks:

• Develop and implement search, recruitment and development strategies;
• Develop and implement training, adaptation and employee development programs;

• Ensure compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations;
• Ensure the preservation and development of the company's corporate culture.
• Increase the level of employee satisfaction work in the company.
• Establish communication in the team, as well as between colleagues and management.

< b style="font-weight: 700">We are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience as an HR manager or in recruiting for at least 1 year;
• Ability to work with various candidate search channels;
• A confident user of Microsoft Office , Google Drive;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to manage people and form a positive work style;
• Ability to conduct interviews, evaluate the candidate using various methods;
• High level of stress resistance.
