German Email Marketing Agency seeks a detail-oriented operative team member for precise execution of recurring tasks in clearly defined systems to strengthen its operative team.

Main responsibilities:

• Independent processing of documented SOP workflows

• Step-by-step execution of tasks according to predefined processes

• Minor graphic adjustments in Adobe Photoshop (texts, spacing, layout changes)

• Small adjustments in Figma (swapping elements, template modifications)

• System work: Notion (documentation, checklists), Asana (task management, status updates)

• Operative communication via Discord and WhatsApp

• Clear feedback on ambiguities or SOP deviations

Required:

• Very good English (written & spoken) - mandatory

• Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge

• Basic Figma knowledge

• High comprehension and fast implementation capability

• Confident handling of clear instructions and processes

• Strict SOP adherence

Nice to have:

• Notion experience

• Asana experience

• N8N experience
