We are looking for a responsible manager for the selection of key personnel for the office, whose main task will be to find and close office vacancies.

  • Performing an active search and recruitment of personnel within the framework of vacant positions of the structural units of the office;
  • Interaction with the heads of various departments of the office;
  • Market monitoring labor, work with job sites, social networks and other specialized resources to find and attract potential candidates;
  • Conducting telephone interviews;
  • Preparation and conduct of interviews, assessment of candidates by competencies;
  • Forming and providing feedback based on the results of conducted interviews;
  • Organization and support of the process of approval and registration of candidates;
