Now we are looking for an HR MANAGER FOR TRAINING AND PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT for our team!

Office in Sviatopetrivske village (Buchansky district)

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the event internal personnel training, keeping logs of production personnel training;
• Preparation of methodological materials, presentations and other tools for training;
• Conclusion of contracts with professional education institutions, advanced training courses, enterprises, with personnel training and internship, determination of training costs, organization of sending employees to training according to contracts
• Search and invitation of external partners, trainers, coaches for specialized trainings;
• Measurement and monitoring of results implementation of development strategies, collection and provision of feedback, analysis of the impact of training on the productivity of employees and the business as a whole;
• Formation and management of personal files of personnel involved in maintenance, development and production activities;

• Maintenance of documentation related to training and certification to ensure the relevance and availability of information on the competencies and qualifications of production employees;
• Organization and control of processes for updating and maintaining personal files of production personnel, including information on passed training, certification and professional development;
• Conducting audits of training programs and their compliance with current standards;
• Participation in personnel management processes;
• Reporting to the manager.

The candidate has important skills, knowledge and personal qualities for us:

• Experience in training, personnel development or HR will be a plus
• Ability to work with audiences, communication, organizational skills
• PC skills, Power Point , Word, Excel;
• high level of organization and attention to details, developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
