Hello, I'm Yulia, the operations director of Prometheus. I am looking for a career consultant for our listeners!

This year, Prometheus is taking a big step towards professional development and career support, so we are expanding the team with HR professionals who will be responsible for interaction with hiring partners and the number of employed graduates.

Important point:

This is a new position and direction for the company, so we will build our career path together based on 10 years of experience and experience of Prometheus. If you are open to inventing, creating, testing and systematically implementing a completely new system based on your experience in HR, you are the perfect candidate!

Functions:

• areas of employment in the current market: an overview trends, requests from employers and vacancies
• Formation of a list of in-demand professions, vacancies, skills to expand the Prometheus+ line
• Formation of current requirements for resumes, supporting documents, behavior at interviews, etc. for the professions presented in the line Prometheus+
• Preparation of educational materials on employment together with the Prometheus product department
• Support of candidates at all stages of job search (conducting consultations, preparation for interviews and motivation of graduates to find a job)
• Organization and holding of online employment events for graduates, joint events with hiring partners
• Search for partners to hire our graduates and attract them for cooperation
• Matching of our graduates with vacancies of partners and vacancies on the market
• Keeping records of submitted applications of graduates and their results employment
• Collection of successful cases and their transfer to the product and marketing department
