HR manager of the educational project in Smakota

An educational project is looking for an HR manager who will help build a strong team and maintain a healthy working atmosphere in the project. We need a person who knows how to find people, organize processes and keep the focus on the result.

Main tasks

• Search and selection of a team (teachers, methodologists, marketing, support).
• Conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates.
• Adaptation of new employees.
• Organization of internal communications in the team.
• Participation in the formation of corporate culture.
• Control of the implementation of agreements and tasks in the team.
• Assistance to the manager in the organization of work processes.
