We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Search and recruitment for domestic and international markets.
- Work with intermediaries (recruiters, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Maintenance of the database of employees and candidates in CRM.
- Organization and implementation onboarding of new employees.
- Monitoring of corporate training, conducting employee surveys based on the results of the trial period.
- Conducting exit interviews when employees are fired.
- Organization and conducting Performance Review.
- Work with internal corporate culture, conflict management.
- Optimization and automation of internal processes.
- Preparation of personnel reports, including the results of the probationary period and efficiency recruitment.
- Support of the current organizational scheme of the company.
- Organization of corporate events (sports, team building, corporate parties, etc.).
- Search of providers for corporate training of employees (including courses English language) and the organization of production of branded products.
- Creation and development of the employer's image.
Requirements:
< li>2+ years of relevant work experience.- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical vacancies.
- Proficiency with candidate tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish relationships with business leaders to identify and meet their personnel needs.
- English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
- Proficiency in the Russian language for communication with the employees of the Israeli office.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
