Company: Israeli manufacturer of network equipment with an office in Kyiv.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment for domestic and international markets.
• Work with intermediaries (recruiters, recruitment agencies, etc.).
• Maintenance of the database of employees and candidates in CRM.
• Organization and implementation onboarding of new employees.
• Monitoring of corporate training, conducting employee surveys based on the results of the trial period.
• Conducting exit interviews when employees are fired.
• Organization and conducting Performance Review.
• Work with internal corporate culture, conflict management.
• Optimization and automation of internal processes.
• Preparation of personnel reports, including the results of the probationary period and efficiency recruitment.
• Support of the current organizational scheme of the company.
• Organization of corporate events (sports, team building, corporate parties, etc.).
• Search of providers for corporate training of employees (including courses English language) and the organization of production of branded products.
• Creation and development of the employer's image.

Requirements:

< li>2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical vacancies.
• Proficiency with candidate tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish relationships with business leaders to identify and meet their personnel needs.
• English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
• Proficiency in the Russian language for communication with the employees of the Israeli office.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
