HR generalist in Agrosem

Main requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruitment for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and development;
• Successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels (not mass selection), using various resources (job sites, social networks, headhunting, etc.);

• Experience in developing candidate search and assessment strategies;
• Experience in maintaining a candidate database and recruitment analytics;
• Ability to work in a team, self-organization;

Functional duties:

• The full cycle of closing vacancies (from receiving an application to preparing a job offer for candidates);
• Active search for candidates in accordance with the requirements for vacancies, using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, mass media, universities and other effective resources in Ukraine;
• Maintenance of the database candidates and recruiting analytics;
• Onboarding of new employees;
• Participation in employer brand development projects.< /li>
