• Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
• Has competent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attentive to details and able to bring tasks to completion.
• Ambitious and results-oriented.
• Able to prioritize and allocate time effectively.
• Willing to develop in the field of logistics and learn new.

What will you do:

• Communication with drivers in English (oral and written);
• Selection of drivers for reliable carriers and organization of the inspection process documents;
• Working with American job boards, local agencies and recommendations;
• Conducting interviews with relevant candidates from the USA;
• Complying with US labor laws;
• Team communication;
• Maintaining HR documentation, policies and procedures;
• Organizing onboarding for new employees in the USA;
• Work with employee requests, conflicts, disciplinary cases;
• Coordination between the US office and international teams (Ukraine, Europe, Mexico, etc.).
