HR manager in ETEM, TOV

ETEM LLC construction company in connection with expansion urgently needs a specialist for the position of HR manager.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from application acceptance before the candidate goes to work
• Search for candidates (job sites, social networks, recommendations)
• Conducting interviews and phone calls to candidates
• Providing information to candidates about vacancies
• Maintaining a candidate database
• Searching for new channels to attract employees
• Labor market monitoring
• Communicating with managers and engineers regarding requirements to vacancies

Requirements:

• Ability to work with job portals and social networks
• Good communication skills
• Communication, friendliness, ability to work in the team
• Competent Ukrainian language
• Ability to quickly make decisions, take responsibility;
