What you will do:

- Recruitment and selection of personnel for hotels and restaurants;
- Organization and support of the process of training and development of personnel;
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies;
- Ensuring the implementation of legislation in the field

Experience required:

- Knowledge of legislation in the field of labor (preferred);
- Ability to work in a team and work under stress;
- High level of communication and ability to resolve conflicts.
