Hello! We at "iPeople" are looking for a cool HR manager!
We want to see in the team a person who is ready to join our team and help us ensure the development of the company through effective personnel management.
The main responsibilities include:
- the entire cycle of recruitment for chain stores (posting vacancies on various platforms, searching for resumes, conducting interviews, monitoring the employee's exit for internships and acceptance of the final decision regarding his employment);
- communication with stores regarding personnel needs, management of personnel reserve;
- entry and control of current information on employees in the CRM system;
- issuance and control of the availability/condition of corporate uniforms for employees;
- writing checklists, job instructions, etc.;
- evaluation of staff work, providing recommendations for improving their work and professional development;
- help in organizing events, corporate events and various activities (it is important to be light, interested and active in life);
- close interaction with management in making decisions about work team.
Requirements for candidates:
- 2 years of experience in HR management;
- high organization and ability to plan your time ;
- high communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- knowledge of legislation on employment and personnel management;
- knowledge of the principles of working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Meet, Zoom and experience working with CRM systems.
