HR manager (direction: motivation and engagement) in Chudo Market

Your tasks:

• Development of intangible motivation programs (awards, competitions, initiatives)
•    Organization of corporate events, team building, internal events
•    Administration of DMS, partner programs, benefits
•  Supporting external training, trainings, internships
•  Monitoring the mood of the team: surveys, feedback, balance measures
Improve working conditions and maintain work-life balance
Requirements: style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>
• Experience of working with similar tasks in the field of HR from 2 years (competitions, motivation, organization of training, corporate events, communications)
•  Ability to work with Excel, presentations and surveys
•  Higher education (management, HR, psychology, sociology)
•  Creativeness, self-organization
