HR manager at a logistics company (USA) in Good1 Transportation Co

LOOKING FOR HR MANAGER (WITHOUT OR EXPERIENCED)
LOGISTICS FIELD (welcome)

We, Good 1 Transportation, are a provider of logistics services in the USA. Due to the active growth of the company, we are looking for a HR-manager who will be involved in attracting drivers and maintaining their data in our system.

Main duties:

• Telephone calls to drivers and offering cooperation with the company

• Adding new drivers to the company's internal system

• Updating and monitoring relevance driver data

• Checking and updating driver insurances

• Maintaining and updating tables (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Communicating with drivers in English

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English (oral and written communication)

• Confident use of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Willingness to communicate a lot on the phone

• Attention to details and responsibility

• Ability to work with a large amount of information

• Experience in HR / recruiting or logistics would be an advantage, but not mandatory
