Your work will be related to:

• staff support and consultation in the onboarding process;
• organization and holding of the necessary meetings for newcomers, Welcome meeting, 1to1;
• participation in the process of training and development of company personnel;
• participation in the process assessments,
• development of corporate culture: organization of events, team building;
• conducting the final interview (exit interview);
• maintaining HR reporting and building analytical data;
