We offer :

• Modern office in the center of the city of Rivne at the address Kazymyra Lyubomirskoho Street, 4A., 0.6 km from center with comfortable working conditions and a friendly working atmosphere in a team of about 20 employees;
• Working day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., five-day work week (Monday - Friday), possible small reworking;

  Desired skills and knowledge:

• You have a higher education, experience of working with people from the 1st year, an education in the fields of: psychology, HR management, personnel management, analytics, social sphere management will be an advantage .
• Interested in working with personnel: search and selection of personnel, their adaptation, motivation, improvement of team efficiency, organization of employee training and a lot of communication with the team.
• You know how to find a language with many people, to understand their needs; independently search for solutions to problems and implement them
