Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of administrative staff, maintenance positions, specialized specialists;
• Active work with portals: job sites, social networks, professional communities and forums;
• Participation in profile development positions;
• Creum screening
• Formation of the personnel reserve, work with the candidate database
• Application of various interview techniques
• Creation of closing strategies vacancies;
• Working with cases;
• Participation in the adaptation of new employees
• Conducting monitoring and analysis of the labor market
