Requirements:

• Education: Higher
• 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel programs, 1C
• Knowledge of the correct legal drafting of contracts, invoices, TTN, performance reports

Duties:

• Conducting introductory briefings on labor protection, fire and man-made safety;
• Conducting control over safe execution high-risk works (fire, repair) at the refinery;
• Control over the work and maintenance of fire safety systems at the refinery;
• Organization of training of employees in fire safety and fire safety, fire drills;

• Control over compliance with the fire prevention regime at the refinery;
• Organization of elimination of violations according to the OP, PB and EB, detected as a result of state Inspections;
• Submission for approval of invoices and contracts for services, control over execution;
• Preparation of orders, orders, protocols, etc. documents for training, training and admission of employees to independent work;
• Providing oral and written consultations to employees of the unit;
