We are looking for a responsible, organized and emotionally stable person with work experience in the industry from 1 year, who will be able to take on responsible tasks of recruitment and retention of personnel.

Main duties:

• Conduct recruiting events and selection of candidates for vacancies;
• Conducting interviews with candidates; 
• Organization and support of the employee motivation system;
• Organization of corporate events and trainings; 
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and control over compliance with labor discipline.
