Terms jobs:

• Work schedule: Mon - Fri 09:00 to 18:00.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager or a similar role from 1 year;
• Owning recruitment tools and databases;
• Excellent communication skills, high level of organization;
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate search: Posting vacancies on specialized sites, use of social networks, work with candidate databases.
• Resume screening: Initial selection of candidates based on job requirements.
• Conducting interviews: Organization and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Designing the results of the interview: Compiling reports on the results of the interviews, making recommendations for hiring.
• Analyzing the labor market: Tracking trends in the labor market, preparing analytical reports.
• Designing a birthday card
• Forming a database from the personnel reserve (accounting resume).
