We are looking for a technical support specialist in the call center who will be responsible for working with databases, supporting operators and processing internal requests.
Duties:
* Uploading and preparing contact databases (CRM / Excel / internal systems)
* Segmentation, cleaning and updating of databases
* Support call center operators on technical issues
* Processing requests (chat / CRM / messengers)
* Initial diagnosis of technical problems and escalation to the 2nd line
* Control of the correctness of loading databases and data
* Reporting on tasks and appeals
* Work with CRM systems and internal tools
Requirements:
* Confident PC user (Excel / Google Sheets — mandatory)
* Work with pivot tables
* Experience with CRM or databases will be an advantage
* Attention to detail (important for working with databases)
* Ability to work with a large amount of information
* Basic technical thinking
* Responsibility and systematicity
