Our client, a fintech company in Kyiv, is looking for an experienced HR Manager/HR Generalist with the ability to independently support all HR business processes and support the L&D function. Requirements: Work experience/participation in the description and automation of business processes in HR.2. Experience in supporting various areas of the L&D function (training and assessment). 3. Practical work experience in the search and selection of personnel from 3 years: office/middle/top level IT specialization will be an additional advantage4. Experience of working with contractors in recruiting.5. Ability to work in CRM systems. 6. General experience as an HRG or HR manager in various areas from 5 years. Responsibilities: 1. Conducting People analytics and reporting. 2. Participation in the creation of the training and evaluation support function: participation in the development and implementation of internal and external training plans; participation in the formation and implementation of the BP process for the formation of the internal personnel reserve; training platform support; development of product and software training materials, tests; participation in the development and implementation personnel evaluation processes; eNPS People research; experience of offline coaching on soft skills will be an advantage. 3. Participation in the implementation of the strategy of the People division in other functions. 4. Search and selection of personnel. 5. Formation of external personnel reserve. 6.
