We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team!

Required skills:

• Work experience in the field of personnel management from 2 years;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people;
• Knowledge and understanding of HR processes;
• Experience in optimizing and automating HR processes;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate+ level;
• Initiative, goal-oriented, result-oriented.
• Personal and professional responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work independently and in a team;

Main responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Facilitating the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Participation in the formation of the employee motivation system;
• Learning, assessment and development. Organization of training for employees to improve their professional skills and soft skills.
• Staff evaluation, individual development plans, working with results and feedback.
• Together with the manager, make decisions regarding promotion, dismissal of employees;
• Employer brand development: corporate style, value proposition, reputation management, positioning in social networks;
• Organization of events in accordance with the company's corporate culture and values;
• Analysis of HR metrics, analytics;
• Organization and conduct of 1 to 1;
• Effective resolution of conflict situations;
• Optimization and automation of processes;
• Description, update rules and policy in Confluence.
