PIN-UP.TECH is one of the directions of the international ecosystem PIN-UP Global, which operates in six countries — Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Peru, and Armenia. PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of  PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product company;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Skilled at navigating challenging conversations externally and internally;
• Advocate for autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams;
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods;
• Experience in managing both legacy project initiatives and startups development from scratch;
• Acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables;
• Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions;
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, develop effective solutions and strategies;
• Knowledge of version and change control best practices;
• Good understanding of project architecture and scaling approaches.

Will be plus:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other certifications related to PM and Agile;
• Experience building new development teams, including hiring, team building, and onboarding/training strategies;
• Experience with high-load projects;
• Knowledge of English is not lower than upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in project planning and description of project objectives (for 1/3/6/12 months).
• Planning and implementation of the project plan for the development and implementation of the project.
• Development, implementation, monitoring of implementation by participants, adjustment of processes/regulations necessary for the development and implementation of the project.
• Project team management (team formation, selection of candidates, distribution of tasks, control of tasks, motivation).
• Providing the project with the necessary resources.
• Organisation and support of productive communications of project team members.
• Work with personnel.
• Monitoring company internal chats and quick responses to questions/requests.
• Filling out PM documentation.
• Work with company teams and stakeholders to define the vision and goals of the project, the functionality of the product.
• Participate in other projects (Internal Mobility, Internship, automatization etc).
