ASIAFOODS is a team that has been developing the culture of Asian gastronomy in Ukraine for over 10 years. We combine distribution, our own network of markets and restaurants, we are actively scaling up and building a modern, healthy corporate culture.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a HR manager who will become a business partner and "advocate" for the team, who will be able to build effective HR processes and support ecological atmosphere inside the company.

Areas of responsibility:

• Control of the recruiting process together with the recruiter

• Independent recruiting for key and top positions

• Partnering with heads of departments on personnel needs

• Building and scaling HR processes

• Implementing effective internal communication

• Forming brand employer together with marketing

• Onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, mentoring

• Development of job profiles and job instructions

• Feedback systems (vertical, horizontal, between teams)

• Organization of corporate and training events

• Working with microclimate, values and mutual respect in the team

Who do we need?

Professional:

• Work experienceHR manager from 1 year

• Higher education (management, psychology or related fields)

• Ability to build HR processes and systems

• Strong skills in recruiting and working with HR tools

• Confident use of MS Office / Google Workspace / LinkedIn

Personally:

• High emotional intelligence and responsibility

• Ability to argue and defend a position

• Proactivity, analytical, mature time management
