Hello! We are Platsdarm, a chain of military stores, which also includes the well-known stores "Saboteur" Lutsk and "Shveik" Ternopil. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will help us find and invite to the team the best specialists to build a strong, reliable and friendly team together.

Your duties:

• Active search and selection of candidates for various positions in the network stores.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to understand their strengths and potential.
• Collaborating with store managers and owners to clarify staffing requirements.
• Maintaining a candidate database and maintaining communication at all stages of hiring.
• Maintaining a positive image of the company as an employer.

What you will do every day:

• Look for new channels to attract candidates.
• Conduct interviews and help people find the right job for them.
• Collaborate with the team to close vacancies quickly.
• Participate in improving recruitment processes and personnel training.

• Higher education.
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of personnel selection - we accept candidates without experience.
