We are the Ukrainian manufacturing company "Perfumerna Dolyna", which is part of the LUMIKER Group.

For more than 25 years we have been working on the development of the Ukrainian perfumery and cosmetics market.

To achieve this goal, we focused on the production of well-being products that help people feel more confident and create a cozy atmosphere at home:

• perfume
• aroma diffusers
• sprays for interior and textiles
• scented candles

Aesthetics and impeccable aromas are what unites all our products.

In 2024 we approved a 7-year development strategy of the Company, which foresees a 50% increase in revenue every year.

That is why we are looking for a Manager HR-department that will help form a strong team to implement this strategy

Who do we need?

We are looking for a system HR leader who:

• has experience in managing HR processes
• thinks strategically and results-oriented
• can implement changes in the company
• capable of being a partner for department heads

Key functionality of the position:

• Organization and control of recruitment processes
• Formation and development of an effective company team
• Organization of the adaptation system of new employees
• Participation in the development of the KPI system and personnel motivation
• Analysis of the labor market and formation of a competitive wage system
• Formation of the company's personnel reserve
• Conducting personnel assessment and certifications
• Organization of employee training and development programs
• Conducting staff satisfaction and engagement surveys
• Development of corporate culture

Our expectations from the candidate:

• work experience in HR from 1-3 years
• experience in building or developing HR processes
• experience in recruiting personnel of various levels
• system thinking and management skills
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• experience of participating in the implementation of KPI or motivation systems will be an advantage

What we offer:

• The trial period is 2 months, the rate is UAH 30,000
• After the trial period — 40,000 UAH (30,000 UAH rate + 10,000 UAH KPI)
• Working schedule 5/2, from 08:00 to 17:00
• Work in a stable production company
