We are looking for an energetic and systematic person who will take over the full cycle of recruiting and become the foundation of our recruitment department. This is a position for those who want not just to work according to instructions, but to create their own dream team.Your key tasks:

• Closing vacancies: From the description of the candidate's profile to the person leaving for work.
• Construction of the funnel: Search for new channels of talent attraction (social networks, professional communities, cold search).
• Selection: Conducting initial interviews and organizing final meetings with the manager.
• Adaptation: Helping new employees at the start to become effective quickly.
• Systematic: Maintaining a candidate database and analytics (where the best people come from and why).
