Work format: full-time / possible hybrid/outsourced

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection (engineers, designers, labor specialties, office).
• Posting vacancies, work with job portals and professional groups.
• Formation of personnel reserve
• HR-analytics
• Maintenance of candidate database

Requirements:

• HR experience of 1-2 years (preferably in production field).
• Understanding the specifics of the selection of labor and technical specialties.
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Communicative and systematic.
