CEO / General Director in LBL Plyus, TOV

LBL is one of the leading Ukrainian manufacturers of filament. Since 2021, the company has gone from a local startup to the status of a system player with a dominant position on the Ukrainian market. 

We are looking for a CEO (General Director) - a manager with experience in P&L management, who is able to lead the company at the stage of international scaling, build system management and ensure strategic business growth.

International scaling: successful introduction of the product to the EU/US markets. 

General management: experience of 5 years or more in the positions of CEO/COO in production. 

Business strategy: implemented cases of multiple business growth. 

Commercial block: successful experience in sales and marketing.

Operational management: optimization of production and logistics. 

Personnel management: formation of management teams, recruitment and development of key employees. 

Finance and analytics: deep understanding of financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow).
