Team: ~20 employees
What to do:
recruitment of specialists in the office (architects, managers)
onboarding and support of new ones employees
HR processes: documents, adaptation, communication, 1-1 meetings
participation in team development and internal processes
supporting managers in working with people
Whowe are looking for:
experience in HR / recruiting from 2 years, the ability to work with a small team, systematicity and people experience in creative or project teams - plus
