HR manager in Pethouse

My name is Oksana, I am the Head of HR at Pethouse.

We are actively growing and scaling, so I am looking for an HR manager for my team, who will be responsible for the development of corporate culture, search, adaptation and development of employees, as well as the formation of a strong and effective team.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• development and implementation of search and recruitment strategies;
• creation and publication of vacancies, active search candidates;
• conducting telephone screenings, initial and final interviews;
• conducting welcome trainings and supporting the adaptation of new employees;
• analysis of the labor market and salary levels;
• participation in the company's HR projects;
• budget planning of the HR department within its area of responsibility;
• preparation of reports and analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted work.

Our ideal candidate has:

• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• knowledge of search tools and candidate attraction channels;
• experience of conducting interviews (competent, case, biographical);
• skills of market analysis and monitoring work;
• proactivity and result-oriented;
• desire to learn and develop in the field of HR.
