In connection with the expansion of the HR department, we are opening a vacancy for an HR manager to strengthen the recruiting unit and develop internal HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruiting: from receiving an application to acceptance of an offer by the candidate;
- Formation of a personnel reserve;
- Organization of onboarding and support of staff adaptation: control of the completion of the trial period, collection and analysis feedback;
- Preparation of HR reports.

Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in a similar position of 1 year is desirable. We consider candidates without experience with certificates of completed professional courses;
- Knowledge of search tools and candidate attraction channels;
- Proactiveness and result orientation;
- Experience with CRM/ATS systems;
- Confident use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
