What will you do?
- conduct the full cycle of recruitment for office positions — from the first contact with the candidate to his first work of the day;
- communicate with candidates at the telephone screening stage, organize and conduct interviews;
- form clear job descriptions according to our tone of voice and place them on relevant job search platforms;
- use various channels to select relevant candidates and search for them independently (depending on the request and specifics vacancies);
- accompany the onboarding of new office colleagues (accountants, analysts, marketers, etc.) so that the start in the team is comfortable and clear;
- interact with department heads to clearly define the needs and expectations of the candidate;
- maintain high-quality and timely communication with candidates: answer phone calls, provide feedback, refuse candidate, etc.
We expect that you:
- have experience in recruiting from 1 year and understand that recruiting is not just "close vacancy";
- orientate yourself in different professions and understand what is really important for each role;
- know how to organize your time and keep the recruitment process under control - without chaos, but with flexibility;
- love to work with data: analyze channels, the speed of closing vacancies and the quality of candidates;
- listen to people and create a great candidate experience - even when when you have to refuse.
