Bonus manager in Softsich

We're looking for a specialist who can help us create engaging bonus offers, coordinate their launch, and enhance our loyalty strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, modifying, managing, and removing bonuses on the SoftSwiss platform.
• Developing bonuses for planned promotions, triggers, and campaigns.
• Writing and preparing bonus mechanics descriptions and client-facing rules, and publishing them on the site.
• Analyzing client bonus activity – bonus rate / conversion / profitability.
• Creating technical tasks for various types of bonuses.
• Creating and overseeing tasks for cross-functional departments (design/copywriting/content/marketing).

• 1+ year of experience as a Bonus Manager in the marketing niche – must-have.
• Experience with SoftSwiss.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Strong skills in forecasting, calculating, and planning promo campaigns.
• Experience working with task trackers.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments to achieve common goals.
