We are looking for a talented and proactive HR manager for our store, who will be responsible for staff recruitment, adaptation of new employees and support of corporate culture. Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all HR processes in the store (recruitment, adaptation, development of competencies, personnel evaluation);

• Support of corporate culture, creation of a positive atmosphere in team;

• Interaction with store management to determine needs in the area of personnel work;

• Organization and conduct of training and adaptation programs for new employees;

• Coordination of compliance with the Company's personnel policy, as well as the labor legislation of Ukraine;

• Management of the organizational structure of the store, budgeting, numbers and efficiency personnel;

• Provide the Management Committee with the necessary analytical information and tools for solving personnel management tasks;

• Be a part of the Management Committee team and actively participate in store management together with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager from 2 years years;

• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation (will be an advantage) and HR processes;

• Ability to communicate and build relationships with people;

• High organization, ability to work in multitasking conditions;

• Resistance to stress and a positive outlook;

• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level will be advantage.
