Editing director in Pyronix

Job description

Pyronix Games is a Ukrainian independent studio that creates immersive games with deep worlds, emotional atmosphere and recognizable style.

We work in the dark fantasy genre, combining Ukrainian mythology, gothic realism and a cinematic mood.

We are currently looking for an editing director who will help our development in the media field through visual content.

What you will need to do:

• Work with professional filming equipment
• Shoot long and short videos for our team
• Work with lighting equipment to create cool shots
• Edit all the footage carefully unique style
• Communicate with the marketing department and coordinate scenarios and ideas for filming

Wishes for the candidate:

• Experience in video production content
• Confident command of After effects \ Premiere Pro \ Cup cut (or any other editing program)
• Understanding of composition, perspective, color and lighting.
• Understanding of storytelling through shots and sound design.
• Basic skills of working with professional equipment
• Understanding how light works to create the right shot

An additional advantage will be:

• Understanding editing for different types of audiences
• Motion graphics skills for visualization
• Work specifically in After Effects in connection with Premiere Pro
