Our team includes more than 500 professionals, and we are actively developing, opening new pharmacies in Odessa and surrounding cities.

We invite you to join us for the position of HR Manager - a person who will help our team grow and become even stronger.

What will be your duties:

• Recruitment, adaptation and development of personnel for our pharmacies and office.
• Maintaining a positive climate in the team, solving personnel issues and motivating the team.
• Cooperation with the heads of structural divisions to promptly resolve personnel issues.
• Analysis of the company's personnel needs and personnel policy planning.

What tasks will you perform:

• Ensure timely and high-quality selection of specialists who share the company's values.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Maintain and improve internal HR processes.
• Work to create a comfortable and productive atmosphere in the team.
• Control compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education, preferably in the field of personnel management.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with people and resolve conflicts.
• Responsibility, attention to details and initiative.
