Shift foreman in Zolotoy korovay, TOV

Zhytomyr bakery factory "Zoloty Korovai" LLC, a leader in the bread and bakery products market in Zhytomyr. We invite to our friendly team a shift foreman - a person who knows how to organize the process, maintain order and help colleagues work harmoniously and efficiently.

What you will do:

• Manage the work of the shift, ensuring the completion of production tasks within the set deadlines.
• Monitor compliance with technological processes and quality standards.
• Coordinate interaction between employees, maintain a positive working attitude and discipline.
• Help in the organization of working hours and the distribution of duties in the shift.
• Inform the management on time about production issues and propose ways to solve them.

We are looking for you if:

• You are responsible, communicative and ready to learn new things.
• Ready to work in the team and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Don't be afraid to take responsibility for the results of the work shift.
• Management skills or experience in production - will be a plus, but not necessary.
