Position - HR Manager

You will be responsible for part of the teams (up to 60 employees)

What you need to do:

• Planning and updating the recruitment plan (together with the HR Director)

• Full search cycle and recruitment of personnel to their teams

• Adaptation of personnel and control of the trial period

• Creation of HR policies and procedures

• Participation in company training projects

What is important to us:

• Experience of working in companies with a number of personnel from 300 persons

• Experience as a personnel manager from 2 years

• Successful experience in closing vacancies at various levels (drivers, plumbers, accountants, department heads)

• Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods

• Result orientation

• Competent communication (oral and written)

• Willingness to take responsibility and grow
