• Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy for the entire company.

• Management of a team of recruiters, motivation and development of department employees.

• Ensuring an effective recruitment process for positions at various levels - from operational staff to managers.

• Implementation of modern recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, social networks, headhunting).

• Cooperation with department heads to accurately determine personnel needs.

• Labor market analysis, monitoring of competitors and proposals for process optimization.

• Preparation of reports and presentation of results to management.

• Development of the company's HR brand.

• Strengthening of personnel adaptation projects office.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in management positions in the field of personnel selection
